All shipments arrive within 3 weeks, but in exceptional cases (due to public holidays or during busy seasons), the goods may arrive in up to 45 calendar days.

Z.G.EST has a partnership agreement with different carriers by the virtue of which orders can be shipped to Russian Federation, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Georgia, Europe and USA. We are continuously working on the delivery optimization and more countries will be added soon. In case you do not find your country in the list – just contact us via e-mail info@zgestfashion.com and we will do our best to find a fast and convenient the way to deliver the order to you.

The parcel is declared to be lost if the delay in delivery reaches up to four months. In the case of lost parcel, the is notified and if the parcel is still missing, the loss will be compensated for the full amount of the order or the order will be replaced, depending on the availability.

If one of the products you received isn't what you ordered, please send us an email to……. specifying the issue (Subject of the email: “Return Incorrect Order #.....”). If there is a discrepancy between what you ordered and what you received, you may exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal. The received products should not be used in any way other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the same way you would be allowed to test the goods in an actual store. We will bear the cost of agreed source of shipping, if confirmed that these was a confusion on our side.

For your security we’re not able to change the address your order is being sent to. If you want to redirect your parcel because your mentioned address is incorrect, we can suggest trying to retrieve the parcel when it’s delivered. If it’s not possible, we suggest you trying to contact the present occupants and to ask them to send the parcel back to us. When the parcel is returned, we’ll automatically issue a refund as soon as we have it back. If you still want the product, please correct the address and place a new order.

Payment for the products shall be made by Visa, Mastercard or PayPal. If the preferred method of payment is by invoice, invoices are due and payable within the time period agreed, for which you need to agree with us, sending an email to. ……. Z.G.EST has all the discretion to cancel or deny orders, refunding the paid amount. Z.G.EST is not responsible for pricing, typographical or other errors and we reserve the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors.

Please check properly your inbox/spam folder to find the e-mail with the code we’ve sent. If you still can’t find it, contact us via e-mail info@zgestfashion.com and send the order number you received when you order the online gift voucher. We’ll try to do our best.

Promotion codes have different time periods of validity and are applicable for purchase of any product available on the website. To determine the validity period, please refer to the document which contains the promotion code. Exchanges or reimbursements of promotion codes are non-permissible. Z.G.EST cannot be held responsible for any fraudulent or non-authorized uses of promotion codes. Z.G.EST reserves the right to cancel or block the promotion code, if deemed necessary due to legal reasons, for example, in case of loss or misuse of the promotion code. You will be informed immediately in the case of cancelling or blocking the promotion code. After receiving the order, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with the e-store within 14 days. To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, you must not use the ordered goods in any way other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the same way you would be allowed to test the goods in an actual store.

If you paid for your order with an online gift card and it's returned for a refund, you'll be issued with a replacement gift card once your return has been processed. The online gift card amount will be credited back to your Z.G.EST account.
